Your Great Days in Paris’ Coaching, Advising. Research and Itinerary Planning services are billed at $70 per hour following a brief, complimentary consultation via phone or email to clarify your interests, budget and travel style. Sally Peabody will send you a proposed scope of work with price estimate via email prior to commencing work on your behalf. All of our tours are priced within the tour descriptions on the webpage.
If you are looking for a great referral for a private guide for a shopping, art, historic, cultural, gastronomic or other private tour we can help! Referrals to guides, cooking classes, wine-tastings or custom touring companies are $50 per referral for private guides or companies that do not commission Your Great Days in Paris. Fees for guides vary widely. We will give you quotes for requested services and detail how to pay once you choose. Our goal is to match you with the best guiding and services that suits you.
If you request Your Great Days in Paris to book specific tours or services for you we will either arrange to have the company bill you, use your credit card, as authorized, or, charge on our corporate card and then bill you the amount plus the credit card fees, if any.
Your Great Days in Paris requires a 50% deposit for advising work in excess of three hours by mutual agreement with clients, prior to work commencing. The balance is due upon completion of the consultation or project. Seminars, Paris classes and other presentation fees are negotiated individually.
All of our escorted tours led by Your Great Days in Paris are priced individually with details about deposits, refunds and balances due included in the Tour Agreement forms or in descriptions of the tours as posted on the company website.
We will send you an email invoice for consulting services and email confirmations for arrangements for hiring private guides.
Payment is by check or major credit card. If you pay by Credit Card, call Sally Peabody at 781-391-6183 between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm EST or arrange to use our secure server via our E-Book ordering system. We can also accept payment via PayPal to sally@yourgreatdaysinparis.com
When paying with a credit card please provide the following information.
- Your name
- The card account name. This might be your name or a corporate name
- Credit card number
- Expiration date
- CV code. On your VISA or MasterCard this is a 3 digit code on the back of the card. On your American Express card the 4 digit code is on the front of the card
- The credit card statement billing address
- Your phone number
