Your Great Days in Paris is offering two custom options to explore the best of France in and around Paris, including an Introduction to Paris tour, shopping along a fabulous street dedicated to fine artisans and craftsmen, visiting Monet’s incomparable gardens in Giverny, exploring a charming untouristed rural region just outside Paris, and, visiting selected castles of French queens.  Sabine Le Dualt of Paris Authentique will be your driver/guide for these delightful packages. 

Option one: A Sublime Sampler: Three Days to Experience Paris, Giverny and the Loire Valley

 Day 1:  Your first day will commence with an introductory  morning tour of the top monuments and quarters in Paris escorted by Sabine, your driver/guide.  Then, you will drive to the country village of Giverny to visit Claude Monet’s glorious gardens and house.  Lunch in a country auberge near Giverny. Prior to returning to Paris you can stop in a farm selling the delicious products of the region including cider, cheeses, and calvados.

Day 2:  Your second day will dig more deeply into the Marais, one of the most delightful quarters in Paris.  You will visit an open-air market like Les Enfants Rouges, enjoy a walking tour in the Marais and along the Viaduc des Arts artisans street, stopping at a local bistro or brasserie for lunch.  You will cap off your day with a visit to one of Paris premier tearooms or chocolate shops for macarons or chocolate patisserie.

Day 3:  Your third day will be a full-day tour of the treasures of the historic and verdant Loire Valley.  Sabine will take you to visit two chateaux built by the queens of France, redolent with history and resplendent with beautiful gardens. Prior to returning to Paris you will stop for a wine tasting to sample the lovely wines of the Loire Valley.

Price: For six people, 3,675 Euros for three days touring, lunch with wine and coffee, tastings, admissions, driver/guide, all tolls, included. Pick up and drop off at your hotel or apartment.

Option Two: Three Days to Experience Paris, the Loire Valley and the Chevreuse Valley

Day 1: Your first day will be dedicated to a four-hour introduction to the top monuments and quarters in Paris with your driver guide.  After a lunch of wine, regional French cheese and charcuterie, you will explore the unique fine artisans shops along the Viaduc des Arts and take walk on the Promenade Plantee. To end the day, a walk around the gorgeous Place des Vosges in the Marais.

Day 2:  Your second day will be a full day tour of the historic and verdant Loire Valley.  Sabine will take you to visit two chateaux redolent with history and resplendent with beautiful gardens. Prior to returning to Paris you will stop for a wine tasting to sample the lovely wines of the Loire Valley.

Day 3:  Your third day will include an off-the-beaten-path treat. Sabine will take you on a half-day tour of the charmingly rural Chevreuse Valley, just 20 miles from Paris. You will visit selected charming rural villages, farms that produce local specialties and enjoy a cheese tasting.  In the afternoon you will return to the heart of historic Paris, take a walk in the Tuileries Garden and explore the famed gourmet shops lining the Place de la Madeleine. A day of delightful very French contrasts!
