Paris: One of a Kind Foodie Experiences
In Paris, we are excited about three unique new opportunities for ‘foodies’. First is Cheese-Spotting, a half-day cheese immersion experience to learn about French cheese, its ideal accompaniments, and, enjoy a wine-cheese-charcuterie lunch. Second, the Art of the French Apéro invites you to the home of a Parisian food writer and culinary guide to learn about this essential French ‘bridge’ between the workday and dinner. Third, the Parisian Art of Dinner offers an evening of conversation, an Apéro and a delicious dinner, unlocking those ‘secrets’ that are key to those delectable French dining experiences be they simple or sumptuous.
New: Your Great Days In Paris Heads East...
To Istanbul & Turkey
Istanbul, like Paris, is a historic, richly layered city that is also utterly up to date. The Ottomans sent their officials to Paris to study and immerse in French culture and French writers, painters and poets have found Istanbul to be their fascinating window on the East for centuries. Join them! We can advise you on how to get your best out of Istanbul and elsewhere in Turkey.
Consider our four guided Turkish culinary and cultural tours if you would prefer Sally's guided, small group experiences of Istanbul, the fairytale landscapes of Cappadocia, the archaeological wonders of the Aegean coast and the beautiful Mediterranean coast, or our new Taste.Eat.Cook.Shop tour in Istanbul and Ortakent. Finally, Turkey's fabled and ancient southeast, dubbed "A Last Great Travel Secret" by Afar magazine. Join Sally and her colleague Gamze Artaman for a fascinating culinary and cultural fall tour of the world-class archaeological treasures, ancient walled cities, art, rich cuisine and bustling markets of this remarkable off-the-radar region of Turkey. Turkey is a richly layered mosaic. A uniquely wonderful country to visit!
